Post Partum hit me like a train

The first go around after my first child and daughter really threw me for a loop. I didn't really understand was PPD (post partum depression) was and it was really hard to get through. 

After her first year and a half of life, I knew I had to get back to feeling like "me" again. The only way I got there was using the 1st Phorm App. Literally changed the game for me.
