Protein Hack : Viral Chicken Crust Pizza

If you're new here, hi! I'm Dani. If you're not new here, you'll know I'm a postpartum mom that loves my modern farmhouse country living home and have gone through a 40lb weight loss journey along the way.
Like most mommas, I found it hard to lose the baby weight with my first pregnancy. With my second, it was a little bit easier. I knew I had to get dialed in and truly understand what I wanted and what my goals were.
Why was it easier the second time around?
I knew what to do, and the 1st Phorm app makes it so simple.

I'm one of those people that the foods I love, I LOVE. Most humans are creatures of habit, and when I learned you can make your same favorite foods that are just the healthier version of it, that's when the game really changed for me.
So I stumbled upon the Viral Chicken Crust Pizza sensation and had to try it! The below recipe is what I followed, but I added:
Italian Seasoning to the crust mixture
Garlic salt to the crust mixture
Oregano to the crust mixture
Italian Seasoning to the the top once baked with sauce and cheese

In the 1st Phorm App, I created a custom food and easily tracked my own recipe. This takes the guess work out of everything for me!
