Comfy Cozy was the name of the game for our forever home, and the living room understood the assignment. This is obviously where we spend the majority of our time, so I really wanted it to be timeless and exude the ultimate comfort.

All walls in our home are Agreeable Grey by Sherwin Williams. Especially in this room, it can read grey some days, warm taupe other days, and I just love the comfiness it gives.
Couch is from Furniture of America. Although the one we have is no longer available, they have tons of options on their site, and some are even made in USA!
I actually split the sectional in two to open up our space a little more... not normal. But totally something I would do lol. I've DREAMED of a sectional couch for years. So surreal sitting in it with my family every night 🥹
Pillow cases are 20x20s from Amazon. They are a TIGHT fit. I almost recommend buying smaller size pillows for the 20x20s. Is that a thing? Haha You can find these on my Amazon storefront!
I literally LOVE the side tables we have. It took me a while to find ones that would still allow room for you to actually sit under it while using it. And super easy to put together. 10 outta 10. Found on Amazon as well! 2 come in a pack too, which is bomb. You can find them on my Amazon storefront.
When I tell you we’ve gone through 3 recliners and hated them all... This bad boy is IT. Worth every penny. Gear up... because it's from Lazy Boy. And trust me when I say I would NEVER pay that for a recliner. But sheesh. It's so worth it. Cabinets are custom built but highly recommend for added storage if you’re building a new home! We did three levels and all the random crap on the shelves is honestly stuff I've just collected over the years haha.
We did RevWood flooring in the color Cedar Chestnut pretty much throughout the whole house besides the bathrooms, kids rooms, and our closet. Many people mistake this for real wood and it’s not! Also great if you have pets. Many mistake it for real wood but it’s not!
I struggled with our fireplace... We ended up doing a custom one but it was so hard to piece together for me. We did a propane fireplace with a darker wood, and a yellowish brick for the background. I was told white would look dingy quick haha but I really wanted it to feel like an old farmhouse with a slight modern touch. I will say, we regret not doing wood burning. The propane smell is horrible!
We just did a basic cedar post for the mantel. I also wish I would’ve done a 10x10 instead of a 8x8!
Lastly, installed shiplap behind the TV to the ceiling and did a faux wood beam across the top. Fan is just from Lowe's!
